REST UK has been invited into Fox ESS's Premier Partner tier, the manufacturer's highest UK and Ireland installer accreditation. It isn't a badge any installer can apply for and buy; Fox extends it by invitation, to a small number of installers who meet a specific bar on installation volume, trading history and verified customer reviews. Here's what the accreditation actually requires, and what it means in practice if you're having a Fox ESS system installed with us.

What Fox ESS's Premier Partner tier actually requires
Fox ESS runs a three-tier UK and Ireland installer programme: Registered Installer, Approved Partner, and Premier Partner. Premier Partner sits at the top, and it's invitation-only rather than something an installer can simply apply for. To be considered, Fox looks for 800 or more verified installations and at least two years trading, a customer review rating of 4.5 or higher from 50 or more independent reviews, genuine nationwide coverage rather than a single region, and evidence of financial stability and a low complaint rate. Why the tier exists
Manufacturers running programmes like this are trying to solve the same problem homeowners are: not every installer offering their equipment installs it, services it or stands behind it the same way. A tiered accreditation gives Fox a way to recognise, and steer customers and stock toward, the installers it trusts most with its own brand and warranty commitments. Reaching the top tier is Fox's own assessment of REST, not REST's description of itself.
What it means if REST installs your Fox ESS system
In our experience so far, being one of a small number of Premier Partner installers has meant faster access to replacement parts when something needs to go out under warranty, a shorter path to a resolution when a remedial visit is needed, and a more direct line to Fox's own support team rather than a general enquiries queue. That fits how we try to handle aftercare generally, whichever manufacturer is involved: something needing a follow-up gets a named owner rather than being left for you to chase. Full Fox ESS warranty cover depends on the system being registered on Fox's own monitoring platform, something that happens as a normal part of proper MCS-compliant commissioning, whichever accredited installer carries it out.
